CHALET CASCADE

The chalet embraces the hill like a waterfall that tapers in a small stream at the food of the hill. The interior follows the topic of water as a stylistic element in all its wonderful forms. There‘s flowing, transparent, light, glittering, sparkling, absorbing, reflecting and organic forms, finishes and materials such as glass, wood, stone, and metal. The staircases running down the „waterfall“-house, each resembling a tiny waterfall itself, reflect the mountain with its glaciers by going from sparkling chandeliers on the top to light metal endings to half-height dark wood surfaces on the bottom.
