OLD FASHIONED

The superior four-star hotel "Schwarzer Adler" in the center of Kitzbühel has been extensively redevelop and connected with the adjacent restaurant Neuwirt. The latter was hosted by Austria’s youngest star chef until recently. The 360° bar forms the transit area and the heart of the hotel. Its noble materials like dark wood, brass , glas and leather create a grande golden age atmosphere. The lobby underlines this impression with velvety fabrics, rotating mirrors, wooden walls and warm wall lamps. In contrast to the hotel’s design, the Neuwirt’s dining room was deliberately kept in an authentic “Stuben-Look”. Thus creating the impression of a three-dimensional diorama when looking into the other area. This slightly surreal effect captivates both hotel and restaurant guests alike.
